International study visits

The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care welcomes international study visits. All requests for international study visits are coordinated by the Director General's office.

International visits are conducted in Swedish or English. If interpretation service is needed, the visiting delegations is responsible for this. Transportation to and from study visit locations are to be arranged and paid for by the visiting delegation.

In order to process your request properly, please make sure to specify:

• The purpose of the visit and what you are interested in visiting (such as specific target groups, treatment methods etc.)
• What country and organization you represent
• The number of participants as well as names and titles of participants
• Requested date for the visit
